I presume you are talking about the progrise keys. The bootleg makers (sort of) design them to use 3 piece of LR1130/AG10 to get the 4.5V, which is also the voltage used by authentic DX progrise keys. You can also use 2 pieces of LR1154/LR44/AG13 (the ones normally used by authentic Tokusatsu toys), but may have dimmer lights and slightly softer volume.
