Power Rangers Super Megaforce Deluxe Legendary Morpher - Sound Volume Modification

As mood is no good and sad, I decided to modified my Power Rangers Super Megaforce Deluxe Legendary Morpher to let the sound in phone mode (i.e. without a Ranger Key inserted in) to be the same loudness as when a Ranger Key inserted in... Also demonstrated some of my modified-restored Red Rangers Keys in the video...

Modify at your own risk!!!!!

After the covers are removed, you will see the pair of wires from the pirate head side going into the main body side, and this pair of wires has a white connector joint to the circuit. Pull out the connector to reveal the 2 pins, which are connected to the push switch to indicate when a key has been inserted. When key is inserted, the switch at the pirate head side is pressed and this is equivalent to the 2 pins shorting (touching) each other, and this will signal to the circuit to allow full sound volume for everything...


There are many ways to do the next step. I choose to just bend the 2 pins to touch each other securely, so that in case next time I want to revert back it is still possible... ok, actually I am lazy.... Some people may use a joint connector to connect the 2 pins, and some may even try to solder them together... I also tucked in the connector of the pair of wires under the circuit board and used a ball of blu-tack to secure in place... yes, lazy, but also in case next time still wants to restore back the soft volume.. hahahha... sigh...

Homemade: LED Lighting Platform for Kyutama ( Kyurangers )

Made a lighting platform that will house and shine light a Kyutama, for my friend's birthday... Initially wanted to modify the Kyutama to have the light shine internally, but I did not have a battery holder of that suitable size. Also, the internal space is quite limited too. This should work just as fine... hahahaha... The front image does not look nice when light shines behind as the 2 layers looks like 2 different colour tones, but the glow at the globe looks ok...


The back image (heart) looks quite ok and clear with the light though...


I painted the LED sides to black and taped the LED body with a black insulation tape to minimise the overly bright glow to the eyes when looking from the front / side...


A pair of magnets (dia-6mm x 3mm thick) are hot-glued to the cork mat (platform) and Kyutama's bottom. This not only provides a strong but temporary joint, it also allows the Kyutama to be swivel to allow the both sides of the Kyutama to be illuminated by the light...


Light circuit... a small latching push-switch, white LED, 3V LR44 holder are used in this circuit...Hope she likes it! =)

2018 August Haul (2) - Gashapon Evolbottles (Loose) - Rabbit and Dragon

Wanted to keep the Dragon Evolbottle to be used with the DX Beat Closer but my little nephew like it too, so in the end gives him this and I keep the Rabbit Evolbottle, with the intention to mod into another one... if got time... hahahaha.... sigh (for another thing)...

I have been hunting this for a long long time but can only find it at super high prices even in Taobao... So am very very very happy to see this on sale... Even luckier is that TFH has the final 2 pieces left, just nice for me to buy 1 for my little nephew (as he likes the KR Cross-Z a lot) and and 1 for me to probably modify the blade into a little longer (if I have time)... Costs SGD20 a piece... Thank you, TFH!!!!




DX 4 Koma Ninpoutou
Also bought this again as I had given the previous one to my little nephew... Am thinking of migrating my DX Gashacon Sparrow sound circuit (slashing sound) into this and make the 4 modes to be selected by pressing another switch that will not be at the usual "trigger" position... hmmm.. which means my DX Gashacon Sparrow can also have the gashat holder piece ripped and modify to be my Kimewaza Slot.... not a bad idea... Costs SGD15...



DX Fullbottle Holder
Costs SGD5, for my little nephew as when I first bought the DX Build Driver, I thought he will not need the DX Bottle Holder, but gradually, I thought the belt look a little incomplete without one...

2018 July Haul (2) - DX Taddle Legacy Gashat, DX Gamer Driver (Box-less)

Finally found a cheap DX Taddle Legacy Gashat from Taiwan online shop, costs approximately SGD36... Very happy to get it...


Can pair it with the Drago Knight Hunter Gashat to acheive Level 105!!!! Hahahaha...


And partly because I gotten the DX Taddle Legacy Gashat (and previously bought the DX Hyper Muteki Gashat), I also made up my mind to get the DX Gamer Driver box-less version from Taobao, which costs approximately SGD52... Probably I will regret this due to possible lower prices in later future, but well... And yes, I am too lazy to continue on the home-made Gamer Driver, and also yes, I will probably modify my Gashats (not all but at least this Taddle Legacy and Ichigo ones) to let the Hyper Muteki mount onto and activate.... should not be too difficult, I hope...

Haul from Taobao... Also gotten some 20mm Ring Extender, but did not take pics... First, DX Genius Full Bottle for my little nephew, costs around SGD43...

June Haul (1) - Haul from Toys Atrium Fair at Kallang Leisure Park

Bought these at the Toys Atrium Fair at Kallang Leisure Park... Supposedly will end on 10 June... Wanted to get a couple of sets of the OOO medals as I wanted a Taka Medal for display, but it only has the BuraKaWani set...sigh... but the items can be superbly cheap... imagine a DX Wizard Driver with Ring Holder set only costs $12 or $14, can't rememeber, but even $14 is super cheap...


Gotten this Ring Holder to keep together with my standby "Wizard Gear" set... Costs $5... Should have gotten 1 more for my standby "Beast Gear"... maybe will do it next week... hahahaha...


And these are ridiculously cheap at $1 for 4 packs, mix-and-match !!!!!! Did not realized that I had bought the Fourze Astro switches Set 2 and 3 before... anyway, might give them to my little niece if she does not have them... hahahaha.... $0.25 for 1 pack ??!!! It's like literally 100 time cheaper than the price when it came out!!!!


Gotten these DX Zodiart Switches at $3 each,1 for me and the other for my little nephew... will buy 1 more if my little niece wants it... amazingly low price for such item... "Last one..."


And not sure why I bought this... Maybe because it costs only $2... ????!!!!


And in case my little niece did not have this, I have forgotten... Costs $2 only too !!!!! ...


And 3 packs of Yokai Medals (mix-and-match; regardless if they are for Original Watch or Zero Watch... ) for $6 only, and a freebie of Yokai file for the 3 packs purchased... Nice...
