Update: Robo Morpher (PR Megaforce) Modification to Fit DX Leon Laser (TS Goseiger)
Took some time to do up this mod... initially thought it will be an easy one, but later found out it is difficult to cut out the slots required with my primitive tools...
First, the back piece of the Robo Morpher is taken out, and slots are cut to slide the piece onto the DX Leon Laser, using coping saw, file, etc... sweat... But finally done... after this was too exhausted to go and hunt for the nail polisher to buff the filed edges...
Test fitting... OK!
Once tested, the back piece is screwed backed to place...
And finally my DX Leon Laser has a Robo Morpher / Leon Cellular to go with its hissatsu shot... Hahahahaha....
And also painted back the missing silver and gold rim around the logo and central button respectively... Next one might be the repairing and mod of K-Touch Diend Version...

DX Geki Nunchucku - Rope Extension Modification
Finally got time to focus on Tokusatsu toys meddling after completing my transformers stuff... and decided to get this long over-due modification to be done... The original rope that joins the 2 parts of the DX Geki Nunchucku are too short to my liking, cos I can't do the swing from one hand to another... Hahahahahaha....
Replaced with a longer rope... but realized that it is a bit too thin, not as thick as the original rope, so will probably got to Daiso this coming Sunday to find a more suitable one...
Also removed the black rope that can be hung around the wrist...

Gashapon Cosmic Switch - Sound Extension Modification
Saw this modification from another Youtube clip, but his/hers is soldered. Normally I will also solder, but since it is already late in the night (and I was fuming mad that I was sent a wrong astro-switch by the seller), I just tried the old pencil lead trick which was also suggested in 1 of the comments in the clip. It worked!!! However, the warning alarm sound disappears with this modification, though it may be possible to connect the 2 points which I "coloured" with the pencil, with a switch and only "switch on" when transformation time... Try at your own risk though...
September Purchase (2) - DX Super Rocket Switch S1, Some Gashapon Astro Switches
Bad mood... This one for my little nephew costs approximately SGD 16.95, purchased from Taobao.com, through a agent called 65daigou...
These costs approximately SGD9.75, purchased from Taob... yeah, same as above... The No.17 Astro switch is free, and what makes me angry is the seller sends me a Meteor switch instead of a Meteor Storm switch... arrrgghhhh.... after hunting in Taobao.com for so long and so tired... sigh.... sigh... maybe have to go and find a KO Beyblade that looks like the Meteor Storm one, and mod it... sigh....

September Purchase (1) - DX Demon Imperial Sword Zanvat Sword 魔皇剣ザンバットソード
Received my DX Zanvat (or Zanbat or Zambat or...) Sword this evening... Bought it off eBay at approximately SGD65.40... This is my 2nd time buying this, as the first time is for my little nephew (in August 2012) and this one is for my collection display (actually is a sort of comfort present due to my dental operation, hahahahahha) ... Now very very tempted to buy a 2nd one to mod the 2 into one bigger size... Hahahaha...
De-tombed... Nice details....

August Purchase (7) - DX Meteor Driver (and Repair), Yokai Medals Blind Bag
An impulse buy at OG Albert today... The DX Meteor Driver, at $65, due to the SG50 whatever... Anyway, I think I will regret this IF this is to be selling at the Taka sales next year, or something... But this has been in my want -list a long, long time ago, so eventually gave in to my desire (no, I am not a Greed nor Yummy) at the last day of the promotion....
... To make matters worse, my driver's sphere seemed NOT to be able to rotate long enough during the henshin spin, as the sphere stopped way before the music ended... The base of the sphere seems to be scratching the entire surface... I decided to take out the driver and see if something can be done... And this is not a simple task, as there are many parts that seem to interlock, and certain parts need to be disassembled first before the other (inner) part can be reached... anyway, manage to open up after long time...
And after trying to remedy by smoothing the base of the rotating sphere with no success, I decided to make a simple thin plastic washer (see the white colour ring in the picture below). The concept is quite simple really: reduce the amount of surface area rubbing while the sphere is rotating should reduce friction and allows a longer spin.... and it turns out well!!!! Nice... Took me 5 minutes to make the washer but 5 hours to dismantle and re-assemble (including re-soldering of broken wires, repairing worn-out internal screw threads and etc)... and this should not have happen in the first place... maybe the worker at the assembly plant forgot to put in a washer... anyway, so long as it is working now, I am not complaining... hahahahha.... Waiting for my gashapon Meteor Storm and Cosmic Astro Switches to be purchased... hopefully no hiccups... Hahahahaha....
*** EDIT: Opened up this DX Meteor Driver again this morning and decided to examine the mechanism closer to see whether the washer necessary or not... In the end, I removed the washer and tightened up some screws that are not screwed in properly at some parts that raised and kept the globe... So now the globe can spin longer as it is not rubbing against the self-made washer... Nice...
Also bought a blind-pack of Yokai Medals at $3.15 (after discount) for my little nephew to add to his collection...
