November Purchase (6) - DX Grip Phone, KO DX Titan Sword, Other Toys for Nephew and Niece, DX Moya Moya Z-Cune

Bought the small Winnie the Pooh Bear soft toy, Barbie Kitchen Set and Princess Accessories Set at Takashimaya today, the rest are from Taobao.com which were delivered in the late evening...

DX Grip Phone
Did considered NOT to buy the DX Grip Phone as I had sort of decided not to buy Sentai morphers after getting the DX Shodophone... but this is too cheap to be missed, and also I had gotten the DX MagiLamp too, so couldn't resist and bought 2: 1 for my little nephew and the other for me... Cost approximately $9.30 SGD each...

KO DX Titan Sword
Its a KO, but it is almost identical to the real one (I think, based on what I've seen on Youtube...). Some similarities include the plastic mould used look the same (though not sure if size is 100% same, but it looks big enough as a DX!), the stickers are gold-reflective and the 'words' are same, blade-shoot-out function is retained with the same activation button, primary colours are still purple and golden-yellowish, extended blade edge has transparent plastics... The differences I thought are: no spinning disc nor (friction) sound, no chrome parts... Plastic quality is slightly above average (not the very brittle plastics type)In short, it is an excellent piece of KO!!!!! Cost approximately $8.85 (This is after the Taobao agent repack this toy and discard the big KO Ultraman toy that comes with it...)

Transformable Pokeball-Pokemon Soft Toy
Hee, so cute... actually I bought 2 of these and also 2 more (Raichu and a pink monster I forgotten the name) so that my little nephew and niece will have 2 Pokemons to battle with, hahaha...

Barbie Kitchen Breakfast Role-Play Set
Initially wanted to buy the 2 storey Barbie doll house at the toy fair at Takashimaya B2... but only 1 torn and tattered set left... Saw this at Level 4 and decided to buy it... Cost $49.90... Damn, now then thought if Toys R Us has, then I could have bought it with vouchers... sigh...

Disney Princess Accessories Set
For my little niece to dress up as a little princess, hahaha.... Hope she will like it... Cost $29.90....

Mini Winnie the Pooh Bear Soft Toy
Cost $3.90 per piece, and $10 for 3 pieces...

DX Moya Moya Z-Cune
Really no idea why I bought this... Must be the crazy low price (170 RMB plus 8 RMB domestic shipping)... But with the big box, the shipping fee (to Singapore) adds up a huge sum... Cost approximately $52.70... Nevermind, now need to find a proper place in the display cabinet to showcase this... A bit worried as when I tried to convert to the gun mode, the 2 body halves does not fit together but leaves a small gap... May need to read the instructions...

November Purchase (5) - DX Rocket Module, DX Stag Memory, Battle Pokescan, Minnie Mouse DrinksVending Machine, Mini Hello Kitty Soft Toy

Bought these at the Branded Toys Christmas Sales at Eunos Warehouse Complex...

DX Rocket Module from KR Fourze is selling at $25, way way lower than the (approx.) $55 in CSC...

Bought 2 DX Stag Memories (1 form my little nephew, the other for me) at $18 each... cheap... DX Xtreme Memory is also at this price, sigh... should have waited... Also saw the DX Astro Switch Kaban at $25...

However, I noticed the colours of the boxes differ sightly... Not sure if there is any thing wrong; have not checked yet... Hope nothing bad...

Edit: Bad... The sound memory itself is KOREA VERSION!!!!!! Arrrrggghhhh..... and the pronunciation is in KOREAN!!!!!! "S~t~e~a~k~!!!" it seems to say... sigh.... Bandai Asia... Hmmm.... Why does Bandai Asia have everything in Japanese but the most crucial item is in Korean... Reminds me of my DX Engine Blade, only that my Engine memory has Japanese pronunciation despite having a Korean casing...

Not sure what this is, but at $10 each ($18 if buy 2 sets), can buy and try...

This little drinks vending machine is quite fun to play... Cost $25, for my little niece...

$3 only, but couldn't find more...

Free gift...

Branded Toys Christmas Sale 2013

Sheng Tai's Branded Toys Christmas Sales is here, at Eunos Warehouse Complex. It will last till 8th December. Some toys are really at low prices, but the variety for each type of toy is limited (since they are clearing those)... Some are still quite expensive... Apologies for the blurred pictures...

Kitbash: non-DX Gaia Memory Enhancing Adapter (aka 'Booster')

Yeah! Finally finished my Gaia Memory Enhancing Adapter!!!!!! It has 2 sound recording circuits inside, with "Upgrade!" and "Booster!" sounds separately...

Here are some pics of the unpainted adapter... For the body, I use a dental floss-toothpick's plastic box. The rest can see the description in the Youtube clip (below)...

After spray painting with silver paint and clear lacquer...

The small little button on the top corner is to activate "Booster!" sound...

Close up view of the adapter... The screen is a painted piece of paper on the inside of the container...

The small microswitch is used to activate "Upgrade" when a Gaia Memory is inserted in (tight fit is used to keep the memory stuck in)... Actually the workmanship is shoddy, especially the edges which I did not realize are  not finished 'cleanly' until after spay painting and also the spray paint is the 'grainy' silver one, not the smooth surface I wanted... Some hot melt glue residue also forget to clean up...

Video clip showing the operation of the adapter...

FAILURE: I tried to transplant the DX Drag Visor's card reading circuit into the DX Dark Visor, only to realize that the circuit is too big and the DX Dark Visor has too little space to do a transplant, given my limited tools and resources... sigh...

COMING SOON: You know what it is, right? Hee hee...

Update: Restoration (Sounds) - KO Survi-Buster...

Just want to show off my KO SurviBuster's sounds and lights...

Singapore Version DX OOO Driver... Arrrghh!!!!

After the 'shocking' remastering of animals/insects shout-out sounds of the DX OOO Driver in Chinese and Korean pronunciations, the virus finally reached to English pronunciations... for the 'English' versions sold in Singapore... Enjoy the weirdness...
