Kitbash: non-DX Gaia Memory Enhancing Adapter (aka 'Booster')

Yeah! Finally finished my Gaia Memory Enhancing Adapter!!!!!! It has 2 sound recording circuits inside, with "Upgrade!" and "Booster!" sounds separately...

Here are some pics of the unpainted adapter... For the body, I use a dental floss-toothpick's plastic box. The rest can see the description in the Youtube clip (below)...

After spray painting with silver paint and clear lacquer...

The small little button on the top corner is to activate "Booster!" sound...

Close up view of the adapter... The screen is a painted piece of paper on the inside of the container...

The small microswitch is used to activate "Upgrade" when a Gaia Memory is inserted in (tight fit is used to keep the memory stuck in)... Actually the workmanship is shoddy, especially the edges which I did not realize are  not finished 'cleanly' until after spay painting and also the spray paint is the 'grainy' silver one, not the smooth surface I wanted... Some hot melt glue residue also forget to clean up...

Video clip showing the operation of the adapter...

FAILURE: I tried to transplant the DX Drag Visor's card reading circuit into the DX Dark Visor, only to realize that the circuit is too big and the DX Dark Visor has too little space to do a transplant, given my limited tools and resources... sigh...

COMING SOON: You know what it is, right? Hee hee...
