Yeah!!!! My Legacy Saba Saber finally arrive!!!!!! ... Bought this off eBay at USD100 (SGD144.20), and because of the air-flight safety regulations, the seller has to remove the batteries first... and man, taking out the battery cover is really a tough job... only in the end then I realized I have to stick the pin/screwdriver/stick etc into the pin hole at an angle... But anyway, nice nice....
However, as I un-boxed it and removed it to fiddle around, I started to feel like it does not seemed to be as big as many reviewers claimed... Maybe is just my personal feel, but I really felt that the blade could have been a bit longer...
Details are very very very good for this Legacy toy... Maybe should call it an collectible item instead of toy... hahahaha....
And nice to see the screw holes are being covered up and are only slightly visible if looked at close range...
Blade details... lots of molded cracked-stone details to bring out the ruggedness...
Nice weathered medallion... but a bit too much gray at 1 of the side...
Extendable blade... Solid...
Now waiting for Legacy Blade Blaster to be available... Hahahaha... am sucked into this Legacy weapon stuff now...
Edit: Put in the instruction picture for removing battery cover. Do take note you have to push in quite hard at an angle as shown in the picture, else it is almost impossible to remove the cover... Hope this helps!
Could you please tell me how to remove the battery cover? I need help
ReplyDeleteI have add in a picture from the instructions showing how to remove the cover, do note that you need to push in the screwdriver or any narrow rigid stick or pin with some force, and most importantly must push at an angle, else it may not come out. Hope this helps.
