September Purchase (5) - DX Shodophone, Go Busters Gear Narikiri Set, Lovelitchi & Hapihapitchi PlushToy, (Mega Block) Hello Kitty Pink Convertible Set, Licca Chan Princess Cinderella Set, Old Fashioned Phone Coinboxes

Went to Takashimaya today to have a look at the 17th Craziest Toy Sale... A little disappointed, no Wolverine claws... hahaha... and saw quite a few of the so-called "scalpers"... Quite a lot of people snapping up the Light-sabers at $20 each... luckily I am not really interested to buy... Gotten a few other good buys though...

DX Shodophone
Very very happy to see this!!! Quickly grab 2, 1 for my little nephew and 1 to keep.... then when de-tombing them, realised that 1 could not work, due to oxidation stuff built up caused by the leaked batteries that are already inside the toy... Luckily after some cleaning and opening up to clean the inside buttons contacts' switches, it worked... And of course, super super super low volume came out of the speakers... Read on 1 website that the remedy is to change speaker, not sure if will work but will try after posting this... Cost $25 each...

Edit: Changing speaker does not work... However, found another way... See next post...

Go Busters Gear Narikiri Set
Hmmm.... Gotten this is because the other gears (morpher watch, binocular-sword) are either not sold, or very expensive ($30 or $35 for the camera-gun...) This costs just $25, and the morpher watch can make quite a lot of sounds, including a basic standby-henshin sound and a henshin sound... Yes, not for me...

Lovelitchi & Hapihapitchi PlushToy
Bought these 2 little Tamagotchi plush toys for my little niece, at $5 each...

(Mega Block) Hello Kitty Pink Convertible Set
For my little niece too... cost $10... Build build build...

Licca Chan Princess Cinderella Set
...and also a Licca Chan Princess Cinderella set for my little niece... got a DVD to let her watch... Cost $19...

Old Fashioned Phone Coinboxes
Last buy of the day, a pair of old fashioned phones that are actually coinboxes... $10 for 2... the wheels do not rotate though, a pity...

And a free gift from the Sale...
